Do I need to pay a deposit before materials are delivered?
No deposit is ever required. You pay only once materials have been delivered and verified on site. This is our commitment to zero financial risk for every client.
How long does the site inspection take?
A typical residential inspection takes 30–60 minutes. We assess surfaces, take precise measurements, and discuss colour preferences. Larger commercial sites may take slightly longer.
What is Gamazine and how does it differ from paint?
Gamazine is a textured acrylic wall coating applied at 2–3mm — far thicker than conventional paint. It is fully waterproof, UV-resistant, and requires no repainting for up to 15 years under normal conditions.
Can Gamazine be applied over existing paint or plaster?
In most cases, yes. Our team assesses adhesion quality during inspection. Where the existing surface is compromised, we include the necessary prep work transparently in your quote.
What if I am not satisfied with the final result?
We do not leave until the project is right. The sign-off walkthrough is conducted with the client present. Any surface that does not meet standard is corrected the same day before we close the project.
Do you operate outside Gauteng?
Yes — GGS operates across all 9 provinces. For projects outside Gauteng, travel and accommodation are discussed upfront and included in your itemised quote with full transparency.
